"Holding a grudge is letting someone live rent-free in your head." ~ Unknown

I don't hold grudges. Period.
I move on from arguments by reminding myself that no one owes me an apology. My logic? What happened, happened. It's done and over. And whatever was revealed will not make me change how I see the other person as a beautiful creation, a human being that has every right to live in peace. This is how I move on, by not perpetuating the feeling that anyone owes me an apology, and by understanding (and not just "knowing") that everyone has their differences.
My advice? Don't let fights get to you. They happen, even between you and someone you love. Just breathe, and tell yourself that you have every right to peace, as does the other party. Keep an open mind. Be willing to compromise. And remember that sometimes, time is the best medicine.
